Dr. Ashton Pearson grew up knowing she wanted a career in medicine. Her decision to go into veterinary medicine stemmed from her experience working in a small animal clinic in highschool. She fell in love with the versatility that veterinary medicine offers, including the ability to educate owners, conduct diagnostics and perform surgery all in one day!

Dr. Pearson is from Macon, Georgia and attended the University of Georgia where she received her bachelor’s degree in Animal Science. She then went on to study at Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine where she received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. Dr. Pearson moved from Dothan, Alabama where she worked at a small animal practice for one year. Her professional interests include dermatology and internal medicine.

In her free time, Dr. Pearson and her husband, a US Army Officer, enjoy going on walks with their dogs, cooking, traveling to see family and friends, and attending concerts. Dr. Pearson is excited to practice veterinary medicine in Copperas Cove and work to meet all of your furry friends’ needs!
